Ever since the internet spilled forth waves of info, and music was so easily accessed, the amount of new tunes available to the avid listener is…out of control. I listen to so much music these days, often times new groups, and why not, because so much of it is good. The result of this cause and effect scenario is that even an album from 2010 can quickly become classic, but sadly forgotten about for a time.
Such is the case with this release by The Radio Dept. A group that has been haunting the Swedish dream pop scene since the middle 90’s, in one form or another. Yet the group has released very little despite their long career. David was the first single off the latest album release Clinging To A Scheme.
I forgot how much I loved this album and had to acknowledge it here. If you haven’t checked it out go buy your own copy and support the band.
